Probably because I felt like communism aesthetics were overrated, so it never concerned me. Despite how popular the USSR is in my fandom. I personally never had a interest for them like I do with Imperial Japan, or Third Reich. Only just recently have I thought of a way to make them work for me, so I thought I'd give it a shot, and make it appeal to me.
